The necklace centres on a 6.02 ct green heart-shaped lab-grown diamond measuring 11.15 x 12.61 x 7.28 mm, joined by 29 pear-shaped lab-grown diamonds totalling 16.00 ct and 53 round lab-grown diamonds totalling 17.40 ct.
