At a glance

A pear lab grown diamond nature-inspired engagement ring from Signora Jewels.

The photographed design centers a 5.00 ct pear measuring approximately 14.2 × 9.2 mm, framed by 14 pear, marquise and round accent diamonds totaling approximately 0.45 ct. Approx. 5.45 ct total.

Made to order in 11 metals: silver, 9K/14K/18K gold (yellow, white, rose) and platinum.

Each metal color is shown in the photos. Choose your center weight and metal from the options on this page.

Signora Jewels builds the composition outward from the 14.2 × 9.2 mm pear center. Two pear sides, four marquise leaves and eight small rounds sit among sculpted gold vines, so the shoulders read as branches rather than a straight row of stones.

The setting rises approximately 9.50 mm at the photographed 5.00 ct center. Leaf-shaped prongs grip the center while the shoulders spread to about 4.50 mm, then narrow to a 2.40 mm lower shank. The open spaces between the vines keep the metalwork visible instead of turning the sides into a continuous diamond band.

Design highlights

  • 5.00 ct reference pear center measuring approximately 14.2 × 9.2 mm
  • Two pear side diamonds totaling approximately 0.30 ct
  • Four marquise leaf diamonds totaling approximately 0.10 ct
  • Eight round accents totaling approximately 0.05 ct
  • Sculptural leaf-and-vine shoulders with open spaces between the branches
  • Approx. 4.50 mm shoulders tapering to a 2.40 mm lower shank

The side stones are part of the drawing rather than a separate halo. Pears extend the center outward, marquise cuts echo the metal leaves, and the small rounds punctuate the vine as it travels down the shoulders. About Lab Grown Diamonds

The pear center combines a rounded lower half with a pointed tip, giving the 5.00 ct reference stone a long 14.2 × 9.2 mm face-up outline. The pear and marquise accents repeat that tapered geometry along the shoulders, while the small rounds break up the pattern with compact points of light.

Metal, Care & Fit

The photographed construction uses approximately 7.40 g of 18K gold before the diamonds are set. Yellow and rose gold make the vines and leaf-shaped prongs easiest to distinguish; white gold and platinum keep the stones and metalwork closer in tone. Use warm water, mild soap and a soft brush around the open branches, where lotion can collect behind the accent settings.

FAQ

What do the side diamonds add to this pear engagement ring?
Fourteen accent diamonds add approximately 0.45 ct around the center. Two pear cuts extend the main stone outward, four marquise cuts form leaf-like points, and eight rounds fill smaller spaces along the vine shoulders.

How high does the 5 ct reference center sit?
The photographed setting is approximately 9.50 mm high. The raised center clears the sculptural side clusters while the shoulders rise beneath the basket for additional support.

Will the leaf-and-vine shoulders feel like a wide band?
The shoulders reach approximately 4.50 mm near the center but taper to about 2.40 mm at the bottom. Open spaces between the branches remove some of the visual and physical bulk of a solid 4.50 mm shank.

How should I clean the small diamonds between the leaves?
Use a soft brush with warm water and mild soap around the pear, marquise and round accents. Brush from both the top and underside of the open vine sections so residue does not remain behind the smaller stones.

Which metal gives the botanical details the most contrast?
Yellow and rose gold make the sculpted vines and leaf-shaped prongs stand apart clearly from the diamonds. White gold and platinum shift more attention toward the mixed-shape stones while retaining the same botanical structure.
