Signora Jewels builds this ring around the unusual 9.8 × 5.8 mm outline of a coffin cut center. Six prongs hold the photographed 1.50 ct diamond while polished branches cross around the setting, carrying individually modeled leaves above, below and alongside the stone.
The botanical shoulders spread to approximately 5.00 mm around the open vine sections, then return to a 2.30 mm lower shank. There are no accent diamonds in the leaves or branches. At approximately 7.40 mm high in the reference design, the center remains open underneath for cleaning.

The reference construction uses approximately 6.30 g of 18K gold before the center is set. Yellow and rose gold make the modeled leaves and overlapping branches easiest to read; white gold and platinum put more visual emphasis on the center.
